How You'll Perform The Role Waddington Europe has a vacancy for a QEHS Administrator to be based at our Milton Keynes site. Responsible for ensuring the company operates in a safe manner and complies with Health and Safety legislation. This is a fixed term role for 6 months with the opportunity to extend, working full time, Monday to Friday, working 7.5 hours per day between 8am - 5pm. Salary is dependent on experience. What We Need From You Carry out Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Hygiene inspections Carry out Intelex inspections as assigned Ensure a yearly audit schedule is created and achieved Assist and carry out H&S risk assessment as directed by the Quality & EHS Manager Maintain risk assessment folders and monitor compliance Produce monthly reports for management Keep record of DSE assessments Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance and promote best practice Assist to develop and implement proactive and reactive monitoring systems Provide assistance with the development of integrated systems, procedures and practices throughout the business Conducting routine quality checks on in-process products, and when required on raw materials, finished goods Working with production and other teams to address quality, health and safety and environment issues and implement corrective actions Participating in the development and refinement of SOP and contributing to continuous improvement efforts Comply with all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment is maintained Abide by the company’s environmental and quality management procedures Carry out any reasonable duties we request that are within your abilities, irrespective of grade/skill level What You'll Get From Us Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
