Key accountabilities: * Taking briefs from customers and booking work into the Artwork Management System (AMS) within specified timeframes * Communicating with customers as first point of contact for Artwork Services. * Planning work within the studio ensuring that all staff members have a suitable workload and supporting a high OTIF across the studio * Ensuring that all invoicing activities are carried out each month, working with the Management Team and Accounts teams to ensure that all work is appropriately invoiced and working towards the budgeted target for the month. * General ad hoc admin duties Qualifications Educational and professional: * GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Knowledge, skills, experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Computer literate * Experience of managing customer expectations professionally * Able to work under pressure * 2 years admin experience * Good standard of Maths and English Behaviours: * Team player * Problem solver * Self-motivated * Work on own initiative * Organized * Attention to detail * Good level of accuracy Smurfit Westrock (NYSE:SW) is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions.
