RMS Recruitment are looking for a reliable and hardworking Garden Grounds Worker to work for our client based in Shildon.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM until 4PM, the salary is £13.54 per hour. This is an ongoing temporary role until September 2025. Overtime and weekend work is available and we encourage candidates to be flexible for this.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General upkeep of gardens and grounds (mowing, weeding, pruning, planting)
2. Use and maintenance of tools and small machinery (lawn mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers)
3. Ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable
What We’re Looking For:
4. Full driving licence (essential)
5. Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or similar outdoor work (preferred but not essential)
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Good physical fitness and a positive, can-do attitude
