The Recruitment Group are looking for a Production Operator to join our Client in Clitheroe. We are looking for a Production Operator who has got manufacturing / press operating experience. If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below:
Pay: GBP12.87 increasing to GBP14.80 after 12 weeks
Shifts
* Monday to Friday
* 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm - rotating shifts
Role Summary
To assemble, press and wash components to manufacture valves, cans and components using automated production equipment within the CMF and Valve Assembly department, maintaining a safe working environment and GMP standards.
Role Responsibilities
* Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and procedures
* Complete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly and in line with the company GMP procedures and policy
* Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping
*. Report all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately
*. Ensure a thorough and effective daily handover to include current setup and running status, using the Tier 1 process.
*. To display behaviors linked to our Client's PRECISE values.
*. Continuous monitoring of machines during production
*. Working to specific and detailed written instructions
*. Adhere to mandatory site policies
Qualifications
* Some manufacturing and /press operating experience would be beneficial
* VA Operator - experience in automation / assembly would be advantageous, but not essential
