37 hour week Week 1- Day Shift (06:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday & 06:00-11:00 Friday) Week 2- Back Shift (14:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday
& 11:00-16:00 Friday)
Key Responsibilities: Safely set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality components. Work accurately to close tolerances on a variety of aerospace-grade materials, following customer drawings and specifications. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Key Skills: Be able to work on a two-shift rotation as required Experience and a strong aptitude for mechanical engineering. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. Knowledge of CNC programming and tooling setup. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and a strong drive to succeed. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
