ServiceNow & CMDB Specialist required to own and improve Configuration Management Database, ensuring accurate, trusted data that supports IT service management and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in line with best practice (eg CSDM)
* Define and enforce CMDB governance and data quality standards
* Configure and support discovery, service mapping, and integrations
* Maintain CI lifecycle and relationship accuracy
* Provide reporting and insights on CMDB health and compliance
* Act as the ServiceNow CMDB subject-matter expert
Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience
* Solid understanding of ITIL Configuration Management
* Experience with CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
