About the Role
As an Export & Sales Order Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. The Export & Sales Order Administrator will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle. Working closely with production, logistics, and external freight partners, the Export & Sales Order Administrator will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders end-to-end using the ERP system (SOP).
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with freight forwarders and couriers.
- Prepare and check export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively resolve any issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the ERP system.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
- Support export activities and ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and external logistics providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Order Administrator, Export Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, or similar administration role.
- Experience using an ERP system – Sales Order Processing (SOP), (Microsoft Business Dynamics 365 desirable but not essential).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Good understanding of order processing and operational workflows.
- Exposure to shipping, logistics, or export processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of export documentation, including EUR1, COO, and LC.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
