About the Role: As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to teachers and students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your role will be to help create a positive and effective learning environment in primary schools throughout Retford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
Requirements:
* Hold a Cache / NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Be able to provide reference details from your most recent employment and covering the last 24 months.
* Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 for six months or more.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
