Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Case IH Brand Manager to take responsibility for the management and growth of Ernest Doe’s Case IH business.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will oversee the efficient operation of our Case IH product range, with a focus on:
* New sales of Case IH Combines, Tractors, Big Balers and Round Balers
* Sales of associated implement suppliers
* Negotiating terms and stocking commitments
* Marketing the Case IH Harvester brand
This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine commercial expertise with leadership, supplier management, and customer relationship skills to deliver outstanding results.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of sales, management, and agricultural industry expertise. You’ll need:
1. Proven sales experience, ideally with management responsibilities.
2. Strong knowledge of the agricultural trade, preferably with experience in selling agricultural equipment.
3. Excellent customer relationship skills – face-to-face, phone, email, and beyond.
4. Confidence in negotiating terms with suppliers in line with company policy.
