Responsibilities
:
- Oversee and manage utility diversions and new service connections (gas, electric, water).
- Coordinate with utility providers, local authorities, and contractors.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure works are completed safely & to specification.
- Carry out setting out, as-built surveys, and provide accurate site records.
- Ensure compliance with NRSWA, CDM regulations, and company H&S procedures.
- Proactively solve on-site issues and support project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in utility diversions and new connections.
- Strong understanding of gas, electric, and water infrastructure.
- CSCS / NRSWA accreditation preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
