As a Sales Manager based in West Bromwich, youll be responsible for:
* Managing a ledger of 20 - 30 accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and upselling where possible.
* Overseeing and managing a team of 4 people, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and managing team performance.
* Generating new business through a variety of different channels.
* Managing quotes, overseeing sales figures, and ensuring projects are tracked.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am 5.00 pm
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Civils or general merchanting experience is highly preferred.
* Sales and management experience is essential.
* Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Confident communicator, organised, driven nature.
