Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Windsor

Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience to join their busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our solicitors and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting solicitors in managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Conducting searches, ID checks, and other compliance-related tasks.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to progress matters smoothly.
Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
Providing general administrative support to the property team as required.
About You
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Paralegal (preferably in residential conveyancing).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong client care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
