Mechanical Estimator – Building Services We are working on behalf of a leading building services contractor with a strong presence across the North East, delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial projects. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join the pre-construction and commercial team in Durham. This is a key position within the business, playing a vital role in securing future work and ensuring the ongoing success of project delivery. The Role In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive mechanical estimates for a variety of building services projects. You will take ownership of the tender process from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with internal teams and the wider supply chain to develop well-informed, commercially sound bids.
