Position Overview: The Onboarding and Training Coordinator is vital for seamless onboarding and training in a fast-paced asset rental business. Responsibilities include mentoring new hires, providing hands-on training, overseeing apprenticeships, customising inductions, and managing administrative duties. In essence, they play a pivotal role in fostering a positive onboarding experience, facilitating employee development, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Guide and mentor new hires through induction process Provide comprehensive info on company values, culture, policies, and procedures Address new employees' queries and concerns, offer support Conduct on-the-job training in operations department Collaborate with supervisors to design tailored training programs Assess trainees' progress, provide feedback and additional training Mentor apprentices, provide guidance and support Create positive learning environment for apprentices Coordinate with apprenticeship team to track progress Collaborat...
