Job Description As a Care Professional, you'll provide dedicated, unhurried care that makes a genuine difference. Every day is varied, and you'll support clients with: Companionship - meaningful conversation, sharing hobbies, and reducing loneliness Personal care - helping with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene Medication support - prompting or assisting with prescribed medication Meal preparation - helping clients enjoy nutritious meals Light housekeeping - tidying, laundry, keeping homes safe and comfortable Mobility assistance - supporting gentle movement or walking Errands and outings - accompanying clients to appointments or local shops With minimum 1-hour visits, you'll have the time to build real relationships and deliver care the right way-unrushed and personal.
