Working pattern: On-Site 5 Days Per Week
The role:
This position oversees infrastructure facilities operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, supporting both production and non-production areas. You will assist the Infrastructure Manager in improving standards, service delivery, and cost management.
* Ensure maintenance of building and site assets, including chillers, air handling units, and electrical systems.
* Lead compliance activities such as insurance reviews, risk assessments, and audits, acting as Responsible Person in areas.
* Manage contracts, authorize work, review risk assessments, and oversee permits.
* Conduct governance meetings with suppliers to ensure service quality.
* Monitor KPIs and budgets, report on service activities.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
* Identify and implement innovative solutions within contractual limits or recommend outside options.
Requirements:
* 3+ years supervising infrastructure/hard services on FMCG sites, including contract management.
* Understanding of EHS procedures and risk management.
* Knowledge of Quality procedures, HACCP & GMP.
* Ability to use data for performance improvement.
* Alignment with Weetabix values.
* Curiosity and continuous learning in your field.
Nice to haves:
* IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
* Expertise in compliance standards.
* Understanding of BRC standards.
* Experience delivering improvement projects.
