Job Description
Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HR systems to meet organisational needs.Be the Workday SME for the Business and lead the People Systems TeamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions.Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals.Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management.Analyse HR data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security standards.Lead the training and development of HR and wider teams on system functionalities.Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology solutions.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR Systems should have:
Strong expertise in managing and implementing HR systems within a corporate setting.Extensive experience in Workday and other HR systems (Smart Recruiter, Npower)Proven ability to align HR technology with organisational objectives.Experience in analysing HR data to inform strategic decisions.Knowledge of current HR technology trends and best practices in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Understanding of compliance requirements for data protection and system security.Ability to lead and inspire teams to adopt new processes and technologies.What's on Offer
