Direct Sales Manager – The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will focus on expanding market presence by developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Working across a defined customer base, you will drive increased penetration, improve market share and ensure activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
You will work closely with contractors, ensuring key stakeholders are fully informed on current products and services through regular review meetings, technical input and promotional support. The Package for Distribution Sales Manager
* £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary
* £20,000 uncapped bonus
* £550 per month car allowance OR Company Car
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
