My Stoke based client is currently looking to onboard a Change Manager ASAP, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing a team responsible for day-to-day systems and process improvements, and ensuring business-wide change aligns with strategy.
Key Skills:
* Lead and manage the Systems Change team, ensuring clear prioritisation, structure, and process improvements.
* Oversee technical onboarding of new clients and debt uploads, ensuring seamless system integration.
* Define and implement structured BAU change processes, including letter strategies, automated communications and workflow improvements.
* Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, IT, and Business Development to ensure change is implemented effectively and in alignment with business goals.
What’s expected of you:
* Successful leadership and development of the Systems Change team.
* Efficiency of change request handling, ensuring structured prioritisation and proper execution.
* Improvement in collection strategies, customer communications, and operational workflow
