Responsibilities: In this role, I will maintain the asset data that underpins our customer portfolio to maximize revenue and resolve customer queries. This primarily involves back-office tasks, where I will provide a solid front-line service for meter and network services via email. My duties will include: Ensuring the accuracy of meter databases and industry registers through reporting and reconciliations. Tracking and recovering meter assets that have been removed from customers. Maintaining the network systems to ensure our growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing after installation. Meeting service level agreements and working to KPIs according to our company procedures.
