Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will maintain the asset data that underpins our customer portfolio to maximize revenue and resolve customer queries. This primarily involves back-office tasks, where I will provide a solid front-line service for meter and network services via email. My duties will include:
* Ensuring the accuracy of meter databases and industry registers through reporting and reconciliations.
* Tracking and recovering meter assets that have been removed from customers.
* Maintaining the network systems to ensure our growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing after installation.
* Meeting service level agreements and working to KPIs according to our company procedures.
