Purpose of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to repair and maintain all department equipment via breakdown and preventative maintenance, minimising downtime, and costs, and reviewing and improving engineering delivery performance. Responsibilities for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role: The undertaking of planned preventative maintenance to schedules and machine manufacturer’s recommendations. Carrying out repairs as necessary during planned maintenance. Maintaining documentation of completed work. Liaising with suppliers, both internal and external. Adhering and promoting the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies and practices. Monitoring the engineering Management System for adherence to requirements.
