A highly acquisitive PE backed Buy & Build have recently acquired a new business in Liverpool to compliment the Divisions growth. The FD will partner the MD of the business and have full ownership of this businesses P&L, budget, forecasts and divisional reporting.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial statements and reports
* Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
* Lead on project accounting
* Oversee all payroll functions
* Effectively maintain all financial records
* Support Divisional finance development
Qualifications
* Chartered accountant
* 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
* Project accounting experience in Construction or similar sector (engineering etc)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
