Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve business objectives and targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market presence in Hull and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry or a related field.
Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
