Summary
* We are seeking a Hardware Electronics Test Engineer with strong hands‑on testing experience to support hardware validation and compliance activities. The successful candidate will work within a structured test environment, producing high-quality reports and ensuring products meet required EMC, Radio, and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct hardware testing and validation activities
* Produce detailed test reports and documentation
* Support compliance testing (EMC, Radio, Safety standards)
* Optimise test tools and scripting processes
* Analyse, organise, and present test data clearly
* Attend and support activities at external test houses
* Apply structured test and validation methodologies
* Strong engineering mindset with eagerness to learn
* Background in Electronics Engineering (or related discipline)
* Hands‑on experience using electronics test equipment
* Knowledge of compliance standards (EMC, Radio, Safety)
* Experience using test scripts and validation methodologies
* Ability to sort, analyse, and present technical test data
* Willingness and ability to attend external test facilities
* Note: Candidates must be able to access external test houses (no medical restrictions such as pacemakers that would prevent entry).
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience collaborating with developers to design test cases
* Ability to summarise complex technical information for different audiences
* Experience managing a test workstack or workflow
* Basic Python scripting experience
