Overview
A Kitchen Guest Service Agent (Line Chef) is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section. You enjoy leading your section to produce high-quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.

Qualifications
* Experienced Chef, positive and passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
Salary and Hours
Salary: £12.88 to £14.00 per hour • 39 hours per week
