Overview
This role is central to ensuring the smooth management of both personal and professional aspects of the principal’s life. By handling critical administrative tasks, property and event management, travel, financial reconciliation, and liaison with service providers, the PA enables the principal and team to focus on high-value priorities. The PA is also entrusted with confidentiality and discretion, making them a key partner in sustaining trust, efficiency, and organization.
- Location: London, Sloane Square Office.
- 4 days per week in office, 1 day remote (flexible).
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Diary & Communication Management: Handle diary, calls, correspondence, filing, and reservations.
- Travel & Documentation: Book business/private travel, visas, passports, certifications, and manage logistics.
- Financial Administration: Reconcile accounts, process supplier/staff payments, manage vehicle-related finances (insurance, permits, tax).
- Property Management: Oversee private and rental properties (utilities, contractors, tenancy contracts, maintenance, estate agent coordination).
- Event Management: Coordinate family and business events, including suppliers, travel, itineraries, menus, signage, and guest lists.
- Sailing Administration: Manage yacht finances, documentation, crew logistics, insurance, regatta event planning, and supplies.
- Memberships & Subscriptions: Handle renewals, claims, bookings, and communication with private clubs and insurers.
- Special Projects: Support with due diligence on companies, archiving, offshore compliance documentation.
- Personal Errands: Seasonal gift shopping, errands, thank-you deliveries, and ad hoc personal requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Private PA / EA.
- Ability to commit to 4 days per week in the office (5 total working days).
- Personal qualities: presentable, intelligent, kind, honest, transparent, efficient, confidential.
- Strong organizational, financial, and event management skills.
- Discretion and trustworthiness handling personal, financial, and sensitive matters.
