What You’ll Be Doing
* Follow up with calls to courts and review court websites for service information tenir?
* Sort and distribute mail for the legal department, including document organization for scanning
* Process and mail firm letters accurately and efficiently
* Assist with data entry, scanning, and document filing
* Support other duties as assigned by the Legal Operations Manager
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Be able to do the job as described
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Legal admin or legal support experience, ideally in creditors’ rights
* Strong Excel and Outlook skills; Alacourt and Pacer experience preferred{};
* Process‑focused and detail‑oriented mindset
* Professionalærer verbal and written communication skills
