This is anexciting opportunityto join our Electrical team in a role dedicated topractical delivery, learner engagement,andskills developmentat Level 1 and 2. This position isideal for lecturerswho want to spend more time in the workshop,directly supporting learnersindeveloping their technical abilities.

* Deliverengaging, practical sessionsin our electrical workshops.
* Support learners indeveloping core trade skillsandwork readiness.
* Maintain asafe, inclusive, and well-equippedworkshop environment.
* Collaboratewith teaching teams to supportlearner progressandcurriculum planning.
What You Will Bring
* Experience as alecturer or instructorin theFE sector.
* Strong background in theelectrical or constructiontrades.
* Level 2 qualification (or higher)in a relevant trade.
* Apassion for practical teachingandlearner development.
* A commitment to high standards ofsafety, inclusion, and learner support.
