Responsibilities
1. Design, create, and deliver integrated communications campaigns supporting the Rolls-Royce Submarines Infrastructure programs from start to finish.
2. Proactively engage with external media regarding site infrastructure activities.
3. Engage with internal colleagues to manage disruption and reinforce future vision.
4. Collaborate with contractor and partner communications teams to ensure awareness and engagement.
5. Handle external reactive crisis communications, including collaboration with MOD, Defence, and Group Communications.
6. Manage relationships with local media, businesses, and residents.
7. Support communications and engagement activities across the Infrastructure business unit.
8. Provide additional support for Supply Chain and New Build teams.
9. Contribute content to Group social media channels about site expansion.
Candidate Profile

* Experience in media relations.
* Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships externally with media and MoD, and internally across all organization levels.
* Strong writing skills with experience in drafting press materials, developing engagement campaigns, and utilizing various communication channels.
* Experience in creating and executing comprehensive communications and media plans.
* High exposure to digital and other media outlets.
