Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time FTC – 7 months (likely to become permanent)
Location: Flexible Hybrid – primarily home-based with occasional travel to one of their local offices (London, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham)
We’re working with a leading Construction and Property consultancy that’s expanding its change function. As the Digital Capability Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving digital skills and capabilities across the organisation.
This includes leading initiatives such as a Digital Graduate Programme, Data & AI Academy, and professional IT/Digital development pathways. The role is more strategic and people-focused than hands-on, with a strong emphasis on content creation and tool adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Learning & Development role related to IT and Digital.
* Understanding of L&D and digital tools to enhance training delivery.
* Experience in change management and driving adoption.
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
* Strong senior stakeholder engagement to support strategic direction.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not essential.
