What you’ll be doing:
1. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees on a range of HR matters, including terms and conditions, pay, recruitment, employment law, and company policies.
2. Providing hands-on support for employee relations cases, investigations, and formal procedures.
3. Supporting managers with the Staff Attendance procedure, including Occupational Health referrals, sickness review meetings, and follow-up actions.
4. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes — from advertising roles and arranging interviews to conducting pre-employment checks and issuing contracts.
