What Youll Be Doing As a Maintenance and Repairs Officer, you will ensure our clients accommodation is safe, secure and well-maintained for their tenants. Specifically, you will undertake repairs and inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure they are fully functional and health and safety compliant. You will carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, grounds, decorating, and general upkeep. Conducting regular visits to properties, you will prepare condition reports and identify maintenance needs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and monitoring tenant safety.
