Marketing Manager – Labman
This is a leadership role with significant impact. The Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and play a direct role in shaping growth, product launches, and how Labman’s brand is perceived worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Own and optimise the CRM, marketing automation tools, and lead management processes.
* Deliver content-led, campaign-based marketing across digital channels.
* Champion the Labman brand across all areas of the business.
* Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to fuel growth.

Requirements
* Degree-qualified with 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally in scientific/tech sectors).
* 2+ years’ line management experience leading marketing teams.
* Proven success in campaign-based, content-driven marketing with budget planning.
* Expertise in CRM (ideally Salesforce) and marketing automation.
* International and digital-first marketing experience.
