Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers. Lead assigned sourcing initiatives, ranging from routine renewals to complex strategic projects, with minimal oversight. Conduct market tenders and manage cross-functional evaluations to select optimal suppliers. Understand business requirements and structure deals to meet objectives while achieving favorable commercial terms. Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions and oversee the deal execution end-to-end. Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout the sourcing process. Maintain market awareness and contribute to sourcing area plans and opportunity assessments. Identify opportunities to deliver savings and benefits through efficient sourcing. Mentor and support less experienced team members in complex sourcing projects. Requirements: Several years’ experience in strategic sourcing, ideally with deep expertise in IT categories. University degree or equivalent; MCIPS qualification is desirable. Proven experience managing large, multi-million-dollar global deals, covering all aspects of the tender process. Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to manage deals independently. Strong client and stakeholder focus with the ability to influence senior leaders. Skilled negotiator with excellent communication abilities. Experience structuring complex deals and developing sourcing strategies. Competent in contract drafting and understanding agreements including software licenses, evaluation agreements, and SaaS contracts. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experienced with market-leading sourcing tools and systems. Professional, collaborative, highly flexible, and motivated team player.
