Site Agent - Letchworth - Utilities
We are partnering with a cradle to grave project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Site Agent to aid with their development in Letchworth.
Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Delivery:
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and safety protocols are met in collaboration with a SHEA Gas-certified delivery partner.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with SHEA Gas safety standards and industry regulations, conducting regular site audits and promoting a positive HSEQ culture on site.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, delivery partners, and local authorities to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Programme Management & Reporting:
Monitor progress against the construction programme, update project documentation, and provide accurate reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Resource & Cost Control:
Manage site resources efficiently, control costs, and assist in procurement to ensure the project is delivered within budget and on schedule.
Requirements
