Administrator (12 month fixed term) - Come and join Burhill Group Limited, working in both our Ninja Warrior and Bunkers venues for 12 months! We're on the lookout for an experienced Administrator who will scale new heights to make sure our Swansea venues scale new sites. Wanted: Administrator, 24 hours for 12 months! We are looking for an energetic, talented, enthusiastic, customer focused individual with excellent aptitude for financial management. Main Duties: Processing Timecards: - Using Access to check staff hours against live rota, editing according to shift length. - Sending weekly, monthly and accrual payroll and sickness reports to support office adhering to stringent deadlines.- Maintaining 4 weeks of rota's on Access Invoicing and Purchase Ledger - Coding invoices as per nominal codes - Using Lightyear to pay invoices- Tracking payments made and recording accruals where necessary - Work according to payment runs and month-end deadlines Payment Reconciliation - Reconciling card, bacs and invoice payments - Eliminating variances between payments and POS system- Logging variances including staff member, till and payment method - Completing a weekly WBS according to daily sales Staff Policies - Creating and maintaining staff personnel files according to HR standards including Right To Work, offer letters and contracts. - Ensure all staff members are set on BGL academy, POS and Fingerprint systems- Staff probationary and review meetings Company Standards and Values - Adhering to all company values - Enforcing stringent GDPR Company Description: Privately owned by members of the Guinness family and founded in 1926 to manage the estates of the then Lord Iveagh, we come with pedigree whilst also being serious about fun.
