The Opportunity:
Were seeking a versatile Multi:skilled Tradesperson with expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and other trades. If you deliver high:quality work, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, youll be key to maintaining our properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diverse multiskilled maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, masonry) to high standards.
*
Ensure quality workmanship and strict health and safety compliance.
*
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
*
Manage job costs, maintain accurate records (using tech), and procure materials efficiently.
*
Handle out:of:hours call:outs and collaborate with other trades.
*
Maintain tools and company vehicle.
Required Skills and Experience:
*
Proven multiskilled competence in carpentry and plumbing (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience).
*
Experience in a team environment with tight deadlines.
*
Full, clean driving licence.
*
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
*
