The role of the Temperature Control Product Engineer involves supporting and guiding the development of the Sunbelt Temperature Control business. You will oversee product services, fleet readiness, and equipment maintenance and preparation for hire.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Driving safety and quality standards to ensure a consistent level of customer satisfaction.
2. Ensuring fleet compliance.
3. Maintaining service and operational documentation.
4. Preparing fleet and equipment for hire.
5. Performing and supervising major product repairs.
6. Working with the SHEQ team to maintain standards.
7. Assisting with the development and implementation of equipment testing processes.
8. Participating in customer visits and site project meetings.
9. Supporting the Temperature Control team and Sunbelt training organization in preparing training documentation and sessions as needed.
