Private Client Paralegal (Wills, Trusts & Executries) Glasgow City Centre | Full-time, Permanent | Competitive Looking for more than just another paralegal role? I'm working in partnership with a highly regarded Scottish law firm that is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the addition of an experienced Paralegal. You'll be involved in a broad and interesting caseload spanning wills, trusts, and executry administration playing a key role in delivering a genuinely client-focused service. What we're looking for: Experience within a Scottish private client team Strong understanding of executries and Confirmation procedures Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional, empathetic approach Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlinesWhat you'll be doing: Drafting wills and codicils in line with Scottish law Supporting the full executry process, including preparation of inventories for Confirmation Preparing and submitting applications to the Sheriff Court Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries, HMRC, and financial institutions Assisting with trust creation and ongoing administration Preparing IHT returns and related documentation Managing files with a high level of accuracy and complianceIt would be great if you also have: An LLB or relevant paralegal qualification Experience handling executry files (with supervision or independently) Exposure to inheritance tax processesWhy this role stands out: ✨ Join a respected and forward-thinking firm ✨ Supportive, collaborative team culture ✨ Real opportunities for progression ✨ High-quality, varied private client work Interested?
