We have been supplying machinery globally since 2013, and now have an opportunity to progress with a Regional Sales Manager representing us and our new machinery dealership. Last year we sold in excess of 480 construction machines across the world from our depot in Northampton
Role Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role at Sandhill Plant located in Northampton, with on the road travel.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting our new equipment range, managing sales activities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
There is the ability to not only sell new machinery but also buy / sell used machinery
Qualifications
* Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events
* Prior experience in equipment sales or related industry is a must
* Ideally know the area / customer base of Northamptonshire and surrounding counties.
