At Teaching Tomorrow, we’re delighted to be working with a good primary school in Milton Keynes, looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long term basis from September 2025.
This primary school are looking for someone for the start of the new academic year in September on a full-time basis, with the role including planning and marking responsibilities.
This year 3 role would be perfect for both an ECT and a Fully Qualified Teacher.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
* Strong and successful Year 3 / Key Stage 2 teaching experience
* Must be available 5 days a week
* Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 2 students, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Utilise strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Implement behavior management strategies to support student development and maintain classroom discipline.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.
* Uphold the standards of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in all teaching activities.
