We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Support Technician to support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and fully compliant products across our manufacturing operation. Working closely with the Quality & Compliance Manager and wider teams, you’ll help maintain quality systems, support regulatory requirements, carry out audits and inspections, and play a key role in continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and product quality within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Quality & Compliance function to ensure products are high quality, safe, and fully compliant Maintain and support the site Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards Raise, investigate, and resolve non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure reworks are completed correctly and to the required standard Carry out internal audits, hygiene audits, scale checks, and pest control follow-ups Support product testing to demonstrate due diligence Assist with TPD notifications and regulatory submissions in the UK, EU, and other markets Support CLP requirements, Safety Data Sheets, artwork, and label checks Monitor and maintain product specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders on quality, complaints, and regulatory queries Participate in daily operations meetings when required Maintain risk and issues logs and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures Contribute to successful customer and regulatory audits Be flexible in supporting business needs, including occasional extra hours What we’re looking for A science-related degree or GCSE (or equivalent) in Science Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment Experience working in ISO or BRC certified organisations Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team Sound judgement and confidence to escalate issues when required High levels of integrity, resilience, and adaptability Comfort working across different teams and cultural boundaries Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desirable: Experience with TPD and/or CLP regulations Knowledge of food or pharmaceutical manufacturing practices What's on Offer Salary commensurate with experience 30 days holiday increasing with service Life Insurance Benefit Cashback Healthcare Plan (Westfield Health) Discounts on Retail & High Street products (Westfield Rewards) Discounts on our products to assist with smoking cessation Cycle to Work Scheme On site parking (Head Office) On site gym (Head Office) Additional enhanced benefits with service (access to company caravan, enhanced family friendly benefits) Apply today to join a company that values teamwork, innovation and excellence We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our team.
