Location & Hours
Location: Coulport & Faslane
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when you speak to us!)

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing subcontractors and ensuring the successful delivery of complex mechanical installations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing and directing subcontractor partners to deliver intricate mechanical installation works.
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards by reviewing risk assessments and conducting regular toolbox talks.
* Coordinating site logistics and resource movement while maintaining safety protocols.
* Checking work quality against design specifications and collaboratively resolving any technical challenges.
* Creating and maintaining accurate site documentation using relevant digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience working within a main contractor or large MEP contracting environment.
* You hold a relevant Mechanical qualification (Degree/HND/SCQF or equivalent).
* You understand how MEP packages integrate within building projects and can ensure quality delivery.
* You possess essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid.
* You have good IT literacy and can adapt to project management software solutions.
