Customer Sales Advisor (Temp Assignment)
About You:
We are looking for a team player who has high standards and the ability and desire to provide the highest levels of service and sell to customers. The ideal candidate likes variety, has excellent communication skills, and can provide exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who is organized, self-motivated, and can manage their time effectively.
The key aspects of the role are converting inbound inquiries into sales, administration, and maintaining site standards. Storage experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided in the role.
The role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends.
Key Features of the role:
Sales/Customer Service
* Sell storage space and ensure the customer has all relevant information to make an informed decision by explaining the features, benefits, and prices (full training provided).
* Achieve sales targets by maximizing all sales opportunities, including responding to and following up on customer inquiries, overcoming objections, upselling retail products, and closing sales where possible.
Administration
* Review and prioritize tasks for the day, deal with new inquiries, complete contracts, and chase debts.
Banking/Petty Cash
* Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit, and BACS payments. Complete petty cash float checks daily.
Retail Sales
Upsell where appropriate and raise awareness of other products or services that may benefit the customer.
Site maintenance/cleaning
Ensure the site is kept clean and well maintained at all times.
