Offer description

We’re recruiting for a part-time (24 hours weekly) Support Team Agent to join us. This role is on a hybrid, 9-month fixed-term contract basis. We’re offering a competitive base salary of £15,725 annually.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing operational processes, systems, and procedures
* Coordinating contracts, lender guidance, and panel applications
* Supporting fee changes and additional business requirements
* Achieving client service standards and distribution targets
* Engaging in personal development and stakeholder collaboration
* Analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement
* Tailoring service propositions to meet market needs
* Assisting in the creation and implementation of new systems

Who we're looking for:

* Strong customer service experience, ideally in an admin-based role
* Knowledge of survey and valuation products and processes
* Ability to communicate and influence effectively
* Confidence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* A collaborative approach to working with internal and external teams
* GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent skills
* Commitment to continuous learning and development
* A flexible mindset with a focus on process improvement
