We’re looking for a Head of Product to drive the strategy, innovation, and delivery of world-class consumer products across web, app, and emerging platforms.
In this role, you’ll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution leading cross-functional teams to create seamless, data-driven, and highly engaging digital experiences that connect millions of users worldwide.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with senior leadership to define and deliver a clear, forward-thinking digital product vision and roadmap.
* Translate business and editorial ambitions into tangible, measurable outcomes.
* Champion a user-first mindset ensuring every product decision is grounded in audience insight, data, and creativity.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented Product Managers and Designers.
* Drive collaboration across engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver at speed and scale.
* Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
* Identify and deliver strategies to grow reach, engagement, and retention across all digital touchpoints.

* 8+ years’ experience in product management, including leadership roles in high-growth digital environments.
* Proven success building and scaling consumer products ideally within media, publishing, or consumer tech.
* Deep understanding of audience engagement and growth levers.
* Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident working in agile, cross-functional teams.
* Passionate about delivering impactful digital experiences that inform, entertain, and inspire.
