About the Role
As a key member of our design department, you'll use your knowledge of façade systems, materials, and technologies to deliver robust, accurate and innovative design solutions for our clients. You'll play a vital role in shaping projects from concept stage through to detailed design, working alongside talented colleagues and external partners to bring ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating closely with the wider design team to develop complete façade solutions from initial concept to final detail.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations.
Producing high‑quality concept drawings and detailed technical designs.
Coordinating architectural, structural, and mechanical information to create cohesive and buildable façade packages.
Raising, resolving, and documenting technical issues with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Attending design team meetings and contributing your expertise to project discussions.
Supporting the Consultant Project Manager throughout the design process.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are detail‑driven, proactive, and excited about working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Bring
A relevant industry qualification (HNC/HND minimum) or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of Rhino, Inventor, Revit, Sketchup or SolidWorks (highly advantageous).
A solid understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
