Your new role
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
2. Drive technical wins by developing champions within accounts.
3. Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and solution designs.
4. Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations.
5. Manage and coordinate tender responses and maintain high-quality RfX documentation.
6. Collaborate on technical solution design with Product & Technology teams.
7. Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature development.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership content.
