Job Description
1. Manage all phases of residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Monitor project budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
7. Conduct site visits to oversee work and address any issues promptly.
8. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
