Description
We are looking for a dynamic Audit and Accounts Senior/Semi Senior to join our Mansfield team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high‑quality accounting and advisory services while supporting the wider team in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and review the preparation of statutory and management accounts for a range of clients across various sectors.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide hands‑on support and advice to clients on financial reporting, tax compliance, and other business matters.
* Assist in managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value services.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring their growth and adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with Partners and the Audit Team to deliver and develop services for a diverse client portfolio.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the Xeinadin network to share knowledge and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Requirements
* AAT qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part qualified/qualified
* Strong technical expertise in audit and accounting standards.
* Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members.
Additional Requirements
* Proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
* A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* A dependable, self‑motivated team player, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards.
